BITLIV official staff will never ask users for passwords. Do not manage your account with strangers. To enhance your account security, please follow the recommendations below:
1. Password Management
Your password should be complex and unique, with a minimum length of 8 characters. It is recommended to include uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, or special symbols, and avoid any obvious patterns. Do not include easily accessible personal information such as your name, email address, birthday, or phone number.
To further enhance account security, change your password periodically. Each new password should be completely different from the previous one.
Never share your password with anyone. BITLIV official staff will never ask for your password.
2. Enable Google Authentication
Please refer to Tutorial 5: Binding Google Authentication.
3. Beware of phishing platforms or fake BITLIV sites
The only official website is: www.bitliv.com
Do not click on unknown links or enter incorrect URLs to register or download anything. Always verify that you are on the official site by checking the domain and logo.
