Common types of scams
- Bank card fraud
- Photoshop bank transfer screenshots: Without performing any transfer operations, send the Photoshopped transfer screenshots to the merchant and ask the merchant to release the coins.
- Forged bank transfer SMS: Use your own mobile phone number to forge a bank SMS and send it to the merchant’s mobile phone (please be sure to pay attention to whether the incoming number is the bank’s number) .
- Alipay fraud
- Change your nickname to "Transfer xxx yuan to you" and initiate a payment to the merchant for the same amount as the order amount;
- Initiate payment: directly initiate payment of the same amount as the order amount;

- WeChat fraud
- Change your profile picture and nickname to match the merchant's: Use another WeChat account to transfer money to the modified WeChat account, and then send a screenshot of the transfer to the merchant to request the release of coins;

- WeChat sets delayed payment: WeChat has a delayed payment function. If you encounter this kind of transfer, please file a complaint with the merchant in time. You can release the currency only after the money has been received. If the money has not been received, remember not to release the currency to the other party .
How to prevent scams
- Enter the payment software (mobile banking app, Alipay, WeChat, etc.) to confirm the transaction;
- Confirm whether the transfer amount and payer information are consistent with the order;
- After receiving the payment, transfer the money to a safe bank card to ensure that the money is actually received.
After the above three items are confirmed, common fraud methods can basically be prevented. Remember to confirm the transaction and account fund changes (balance) on the payment software. Do not simply confirm the transfer screenshot or SMS information.
How to deal with fraud

In the context of strict investigations into telecommunications fraud, online gambling, and pyramid schemes, the related multi-level accounts will be collectively frozen. The police will even analyze the data on the chain, so that more people are involved in the flow of funds and have their cards frozen.
How to avoid having your card frozen
- Do not include sensitive words such as digital currency or Bitcoin when transferring money;
- We do not accept transfers from accounts other than your own. If you receive transfers from accounts other than your own, please be sure to return them by the original route;
- Use specific cards for specific purposes and keep funds separate. Do not use one card to complete payment and collection. You need to separate the receiving card and the payment card. You can use multiple cards of your own for payment and collection. The risk of receiving cards being frozen is the greatest, so after receiving the funds, you also need to filter them and then transfer them to a safer bank card.
- Control the transaction amount and do not use a single bank card for frequent transactions;
- Remember not to put too much money into the frequently used payment card for a long time. After using the payment card for a period of time, you can withdraw the funds and filter them, and then stop using the card for a period of time. How to deal with a frozen card
- Find out the reason why the bank unfrozen the card and the investigative agency that applied for the card freezing as soon as possible after discovering the problem;
- If it is a judicial freeze, try to contact the investigation agency in a timely manner to explain the whole story. You need to cooperate and provide relevant materials;
- It can be a complete transaction record, such as bank card flow, on-chain transaction records, order records of trading platforms, WeChat chat records (including the content of the transaction process), and other evidence that can prove the legality of assets, or even proof of income, etc.
- If the funds cannot be unfrozen even after sufficient supporting documents have been provided, or if it is discovered during the communication process that the case handlers have violated regulations (for example, the funds involved are not unfrozen after verification and are not related to the case), you can file an appeal or complaint in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. According to the law, the public security organs must handle the matter within the statutory period.
Precautions
- Cards for virtual currency business should be used exclusively for their specific purpose. Do not use withdrawal cards as common living cards, salary cards, stock cards, etc.
- After the bank card receives the funds, the funds can be transferred to the Alipay balance, Ant Wealth or Yu'ebao and other large accounts of financial products, and then the funds are filtered and transferred to a safe bank card.
